German Pilsner, US Rye, and UK Crystal Rye malts create a beautiful orange-red beer with a crisp spiciness from rye malt complemented by pine, citrus, and fresh ginger from US Chinook hops. Refreshing, quenching but full-flavored with a biscuity malt flavor underpinning the hopsí flavor and aroma. 40 IBUs.

RECOMMENDED FOOD PAIRINGS: BBQ, burgers, grilled meats or poultry, salads with summer fruit, citrus or vinegar based dressings. Flavor is robust enough to stand up to these spicy foods but the beer is quenching and refreshing to complement outside cooking and summer flavors.
